The DaVinci Code, a mystery novel by Dan Brown, has been on the bestseller list for months, and there's a movie version in the works starring Tom Hanks.  The plot is based on claims about Christ, the Church, and organizations within the Church, e.g., Opus Dei, that are wildly inaccurate.
